Have no compile or build errors. While running installation I get a runtime error of 1606. Could not access Network locaiton.  Running setup on local machine. Does the same thing in debug or not modes. Can not continue until I can get  what it is complaining about fixed.

I had the same error message.

You have to check the "Directory Table"
(Advanced Views -> Direct Editor -> Tables -> Directory Table).

Here you must check every entry if it is correct
