Hello!
I work with Basic MSI projects in InstallShield X Professional.
I have encounter with problem for ISSetAllUsers custom action.
Since I add record to Upgrade Table, installation for all target computers with Windows Installer 1.0 fails with error:
Internal Error 2737. ISSetAllUsers, C:\TEMP\MSI4.tmp, SetAllUsers
When I upgrade target machine to Windows Installer 2.0, an error disappear.
Perhaps ISSetAllUsers custom action requires Windows Installer 2.0?

As a test try to load setallusers.dll (located in [InstallShield program fiolder]\Redist\Language Independent\i386) on the failing machine using Dependency Walker.
