Using "Files and Folders" section, I am able to copy files from source to destination folders. But here all source directories are static. Is there any way to parameterize the source folders? Because in our application, every build is stored in a different folder.

You can use path variables to specify sopurce locations. You can then set these path variables either statically in the project file, or have InstallShield read them from environment variables or registry entries.
