I've include c++ 2012 redistribuable (in redistribuable) on my installshield project
This work perfectly on windows 7 and 8 but on windows xp, the installation of it is not launched...
does any one have any idea?

I would look at the conditions on the merge module you included. There may be a condition which disallows the install to run on XP.
I looked at the 2012 redistributable page on msdn ( It lists XP as a supported OS so I'm not quite sure why this is being blocked.
One other thing to consider, were both your Win7 and Win8 test environments 64-bit? There are different packages for 32-bit and 64-bit. Perhaps you are installing the 64-bit merge module. If your app is native 32-bit, you should only need the 32-bit merge module. If it is native 64-bit then it wouldn't run on XP anyway.
