I know its against all standards, but I need to update the file versions on three files, two in System32 and one in the common files folder.
The msi will not do it and if I try to bring them in manually as an Administrator, then they automatically revert back to the older version.
Any ideas?

You can search microsoft.com for infomration how to override the System File Protection in Windows.
