why autorun works fine on Win2k, but not on Win XP

I created an installer project, the autorun works fine on win 2k machine. but it doesn't work on win XP Pro system, do you know why? Below is the autorun.inf which is placed on the root of the CD-ROM.

[autorun]
open = Setup.exe

I just installed the software on another XP machine. The autorun worked fine. The reason is that some CD-ROM drive is not compatible with Wondows XP
