I need determine if to less a file contained a directory is read only, by example under directory "the C:\Program Files\<programname>\file. *" there are 20 files, the question is Exist the function that determine if TO LESS a file is read only?.

What do you mean by "too less"? You could checkt he read-only attribute for each file sparately.
