Multiple Language Install

I have an existing install and I purchased the West Language pack. If I go in to the create install wizard I can select various languages for the install, but I am not sure to how to add it to exising installs. Does anyone know how to do this? I am using ISWI 2.03

Go through the Project Wizard and select "Open an Existing Project", choose your project, default through everything except the languages panel.
