MSI database access in VB

Does anybody know of a way to progaramatically retrieve the list of tables from an MSI using Visual Basic. I am able to get any table data I wish, but can't seem to get the list of tables.

I know there is a _Tables table that contains the list of all the tables in the database, but I have never tried to access it.
