When the setup.exe attempts to run secondly, after it was installed previously, it asks a user, if he wants to remove the installed application.
I need to create by the same IS project new versions of installation (upgrades) and to run it in the way, that the installation that was lastly built, will rewrite the old files without asking about removing of previous installation.
How can I suppress this asking and run the installation repeatedly without removing ?

This altered state on subsequent runs is called maintenance mode.
To remove it, check out Avoid Maintenance Mode in IS6.
