Hi,

I'm using InstallShield X. I have a custom action that creates custom dialog for entering an installation key. When I'm doing major upgrade to my application,this dialog is showed twice - once regularly and once after uninstalling the old version. Here are the properties of my Custom Action:
Execution Scheduling - Execute Only Once
InstallUI Sequence - After InstallWelcome
InstallExec Sequence - <Absent from sequence>

How can I prevent from showing the dialog twice?

I'd imagine that you'd have to put a condition in to only run if "NotInstalled" or similar... I'm new to this, but I did something similar this week.
