Hi!

I am new to InstallShield 11.5, I am trying to find Adobe Flash as Installtion requirement. But every time it is stopping the Installation by showing the message (that I have entered) "Please Install Adobe Flash". But I have Adobe Flash already installed.

I am trying to search by using Registry Key..in Custom software Condition.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\CLSID\{D27CDB6E-AE6D-11cf-96B8-444553540000}

I tried everything In Registry, same Issue...

Can anybody give suggestions...
** I am very new I don't want to use any scripting to find out...

Hi!

Finally it worked, after cleaning the string identifiers in the String Tables.
**Somehow it was using the previous ones.
