I have an InstallShield 12, install script project return this error on an installation. Yes, the userid doing the installation has administrative rights. There is very little info on the community regarding this error. Can anyone shed any light on what this is? See attached screen print.

We found out the problem! The error was being returned on machines that were corrupted. Some tech had manually registered some files incorrectly which hosed Windows. So if you get this error, your Windows OS probably needs to be repaired or re-installed.
