Problem with Add/Remove applet & Custom Actions

How can I get custom actions to work when I run the uninstall from Add/Remove programs in the control panel. It desn't seem to help if I change the location or sequence of the custom action.

Make sure they are in the execute sequence. The user sequence is not executed when the remove is invoked.
