Any ideas on how to patch a product using installshield developer 7.0. I can use the patch wizard to create update.exe, but when I run this it bombs out. The version numbers and product nos are the same, but the package codes and upgrade codes are different.

iam creating patches using patch wizad ,its working fine (past four month iam doing same),i never faces any problem.can u pls explain what u did while crating patch(in detail)?

I have a version of the product I am trying to patch 2.4.1
The patch basically is just 3 new files.
I put it into a new release and called it version 2.4.2.
Using the patch wizard I made the patch, but when I run update.exe it bombs out.
The version numbers, and package numbers are different in the release view. The product code and upgrade code are the same.
Any ideas?
