You can't directly updatze a MSI setup with a InstallScript setup. Your InstallScript setup could uninstall the msi setup however.

Please be more specific about the minor update and file overwrite problems you have, there might be a better solution.

MSI (s) (90:A0) [17:36:01:302]: Feature: SNSP_12.7.1.0; Installed: Advertise;   Request: Null;   Action: Null
MSI (s) (90:A0) [17:36:01:302]: Feature: SNSP_12.7.1.1; Installed: Absent;   Request: Advertise;   Action: Advertise

Why it's absent while installing. And When I try to install once again it's working. The log file showing below

MSI (s) (C4:E8) [18:03:22:947]: Feature: SNSP_12.7.1.0; Installed: Advertise;   Request: Local;   Action: Local
MSI (s) (C4:E8) [18:03:22:947]: Feature: SNSP_12.7.1.1; Installed: Advertise;   Request: Local;   Action: Local

how to solve this..?

Look for SELMGR errors in the log. I bet you violated the minor update rules, maybe you removed a component.

Wow, you added many new components.

I have removed the existing feature's files. because I want to reduce my package size I'm giving updated files only

You can't do this. If you want to reduce the update package size, generate a patch (.msp)

Quick patch is good option but I unable to add new folder's...But patch creation (.MSP) looks very complicated.

following requirements :

1.I want to release Full installer - 3 GB (Major And base installation, already I have released)

2.Then I want release updated file only -400 MB (Minor release still updates we are releasing)

3.Only minimum fix files -50 MB (Hotfix still we are releasing)

to Which way I have to follow for these things..? How to do this in Basic MSI. please share your valuable experience here..

You can release a minor update as a patch package using the patch design view. And yes, creating patches isn't trivial.
