i want to embed a msm file for dotnetframework 2.0 with my project that user dont have to install .netframework manuality
how can i find this file?

You can check the Microsoft Download page, but I don't believe they released a merge module for any version of the .NET Framework.

You can't install the framework using a merge module. But you can tell InstallSield to install the framework, eitehr using the release wizard or as a prerequisite (depending on the version of InstallShield you have and the version of .NET you want to install).
