Netscape / IE Issues

Hi,
When i launch a htm file from the CD off the start menu after installation in Netscape, an error message appears saying "Cannot find file F:/courseware/start.htm".
This only occurs in Netscape and not in IE, also the application launchs fine even though this error message appears.
Is this an InstallShield issue or an Operating System issue?
Has anyone had similar problems?

I think you need to use backslashes instead of forward slashes.
