Currently, we have an installation that can be run multiple times with different directories, but when we uninstall it, it also uninstalls all other instances.
We need this info urgently, as our product is about to ship very soon.

How do I set up Installshield so I can install the same product multiple times with different subdirectories and have it uninstall only one instance per uninstallation?

Write your uninstall to not really uninstall but to give the user the option to select which dirs they want to remove. Then you manually delete it, reg entries and its icons, etc. If there is only one, just uninstall it. This way you would have only one uninstall entry in add/removes. May need to keep pertinent info in the registry or each dir's self-log file where you know where to look for things and what is on the machine.
