How to hide or disable Installation Folder window

I don't want that user be able to change installation directory in the upgrade mode of my deployment, so i need to hide this window in the installation wizard or to disable it. Please help me.

Change the behaviour (ControlEvent table) of the "Next" button on the preceding dialog to point to a different dialog, based on a condition.

The exact steps depend on the tool you are using. But essentially you need to change the row for the "Next" button control in the ControlEvent table.
