I have a build server that has IS12 and IS2008 command line only installed. I can build projects in IS12 that link in merged modules but if I try to upgrade the project and build it in IS2008 on the same machine it complains that the merge modules are not there. I have put them in the default merge module directory being:
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Merge Modules
Which as I say works for IS12 but IS2008 cannot find them. What am I doing wrong?

Check the modules path in your InstallShield settings dialog.
