What is the use of REINSTALLMODE? where we can use this property?
and what are the values available for REINSTALLMODE? and what are the differences between them?

This property is used to modify the overwrite/reinstall behaviour of the MSI. For instance, it must be set if you want to install a Minor Update using a full msi file to enforce a re-caching of the msi file (the v option).
