I created the MSI file & get to Java errors which halt the install:

Java Plug-in 1.5.0
Java Plug-in 1.5.0 is not installed properly

&

MATLAB R14 SP3
Error 1904. Module C:\Program Files\MATLAB71\sys\java\jre\win32\jre1.5.0\bin\NPJava32.dll failed to register. HRESULT -2147220991. Contact your support personnel.

Look up error -2147220991 using Visual Studio's Error Lookup tool. I guess some dependecy file is missing.
