Hi
I have a small deployment written in IS 6.3
I wrote it again but this time in Visual Studio .NET as a MSI deployment project.
I want the new project to be an upgrade for the old one (written in IS)
Can I make such an upgrade which means the Old program will remove itself from the "Add/Remove Programs" and the new one will be there instead?

You could add a custom action that would invoke the uninstall of the old version.
