I have a problem i dont know if its possible but i want a dynamic file link to check if the folder where the files come from to copy is really there. so if its not there it wont give an error in the build but just doesnt copy the files

I don't believe that's possible directly under IS since the wildcard inclusion will continue to automatically fail under that scenario.
To workaround that, you'd have to have your own like pre-build batch file that you ran to fix up the location dyanmic location on as needed basis.
