Hello,
Actually I am using InstallSheild Devstudio 9.0......Web Project Type....
1) login with other user with administrative rights say user1
2) Install MSI File.
3) after successful install logoff the user1
4) login with other user with administrative rights say user2
5) now install Same MSI File again.
here system should not allow other user to install Same product if the user using the same OS/platform.

Please tell me if any property or any funtion is there to control this problem.

One possible way would be to install the package per-machine in the first place, instead of per-user. This can be done by setting ALLUSERS=1. Other wise you could use a custom action to detect that the product is already installed for a different user and disallow installation in this case. Note that user2 will then not be able to use the software bcause it's only installed for user1 on a per-user basis. Not sure if that's what you really want.
