Hi,

The popup type SdFilesInUse saying some apps needs to be closed is displayed randomly and contains app list allways different that have no link with my application.

I use SdFilesInUse somewhere in the script to display a popup if Outlook is running and it works just fine.

Even before I implement this I noticed this anarchic behavior.

Can someone give me help to track down this issue ?

Thanks

The FilesInUse dialog is displayed by the InstallValidate function. Maybe you are updating some shared files (C runtime etc.)? You can click Ignore and complete youir installation. Before performing the requested reboot, check the PendingFileRename registry key to see which files are causing this. A log of your installation should also tell you which files are locked.
