I'd like to launch an immediate custom action in the user interface sequence that launch an executable that is stored in the binary table. This executable must take a file in parameter that is also stored in the binary table. Is is possible ?

You will need a dll to extract the parameter file before calling the execution CA. And a second dll to clean it up again.
