Ask me please can I do use transparent splash screen!
I read in IS documentation ("Support Files/Billboards View (InstallScript Projects)") about possibility use for splash screen bmp and gif files.
But when i use gif file (with transparent color or without) I give next string:
ISDEV : warning -6607: Your splash screen will not be displayed during the installation because ...\setup.GIF is not a bitmap file. To display a splash screen, you must specify a valid bitmap file.
