During the installation of my product, I need to create differents Windows Users for my product but I don't find any fonctions to do that in Installshield Documentation
Is it possible?

There is an example for this in the windows installer documentation. Search for "How do I use a custom action to create user accounts on the local computer?".
The source code for the used DLLs can be found in the Windows Installer SDK.
But be aware, it's not a simple one!
