Displaying a .RTF or .DOC file in license/readme dialogue

Hello,
I've seen some setup using something like .rtf or .doc for their license and readme file (eg: custom font/color). As I've known, it can be done with Package for the web, but I don't know how to do it with InstallShield (Standard 6.3), any help would be great, thanks!
