What the heck is going on here. Most of my support cals from our users are because of installshield issues. I'm getting very frustrated with this product.

Setup can't find layout.bin and setup.inx

Have a single image .exe created with pro 7. Works fine on most systems but recently had a strange error stating that setup couldn't find layout.bin layout.bin then also said could'nt find setup.inx.
What the heck is going on here. Most of my support cals from our users are because of installshield issues. I'm getting very frustrated with this product.

I had this problem also. The solution I found is:
In the Media pane >> Packaging >> Setup Command Line enter the following command: -deleter
In the Media pane >> Packaging >> Setup Command Line enter the following command: -deleter
