Urgent help needed:

I was trying to see if InstallShield X or DevStudio 9 can help me wrap web applications? Like in .NET Setup and deployment project, one can create web deployment project (msi) and run that on a target computer, where msi would create the iis virtual directory, etc for me. Can I do that with InstallShield?

If so, could someone show me how?

Yes, look at the Internet Information Services view in the Server Configuration section of the IDE. You may want to start your project as "Web project" which is a Basic MSI project with IIS additions.
