I am experiencing a problem with InstallShield6.3, If i create a registry Key and it's values in the Resources Registry folder.the value is always taking Uppercase letter.Even if i type mixed case after pressing ok it is converting to uppercase. I want this to be in mixed case. Is there any settings or any code for this. Can any body help me in this.

I also use the resources to do some registry entries, but have never noticed this.
However, a workaround would be to do the same thing in yoru script using the available registry functions (i.e. RegDBSetKeyValueEx). See the help file for further details.

My question is, insted of using scripts, is there any way to do directly through registry folder? ie, any settings to make default ucase to lower case. Waiting for the reply.

This is a known bug in IS 6.0 and 6.1 that should be fixed since 6.20.
