I am trying to create a patch file for a Windows Installer installation. I have created the .pcp file and need to create the .msp file. When I type the MsiMsp.exe command line, I get a message stating " not recognized as a valid command, program, batch file etc." from the command line prompt.

I have an updated version of the installer SDK and I know the MsiMsp.exe tool is installed on my system.

Any ideas as to what I can do to make it run properly?

As Stefan mentioned it should just be a path problem....copy the msimsp.exe from the SDK\bin into your local directory and run the command again.
