Hi...

I have a installation with 3 CDs. During copying the files, we get on some pcs the message:
-115 An error occurred during the move data process
The installations aborts only on some pcs at always different points.
On other pcs the installation runs correctly.

When we copy the files from the cd with which we get the error on harddisk, the installation runs correctly on every pc.

What can be the matter?

Hi,

This problem was due to some of the dll were accessed by other process.
so go to www.sysinternals.com and downlaod the free exe listdlls.exe.
Using that exe finout which process was using that dll and kill the corresponding process. It will solve your problem.
