Only one account install

I have an issue with installing.

When I run my install, it installs the shortcut in the All Users Program Files folder.

I wish NOT to have this happen.

How can I make it ONLY install in a certain [USERNAME] Program FIles folder?

To add to this. In the customer information box it may specify:

Which account would you like to install this in?

Only me (username)

All USers

I select Only me, but when loggin onto another account the product is there...

help?
