Hi,
Iam trying to install palm desktop software and getting error
"1607-unable to install installshield scripting runtime".
I tested the CD on another computer and it was able to bring up installshield where I can press next to proceed.
I guess there is something wrong on my windows installer. Now, how can I re-install or upgrade this installer on windows 2000?
Any pointer or ideas is greatly appreciated.

Get a copy of isscript.msi and install it prior to the installation of your msi. This is the IS script engine. Hope this will solve the issue.
