I have 2 questions relating to MM
1. It seems that MM does not have InstallScript. I like to have MM itself does some version checking before it  gets installed (If version is not older then no need to install MM)

2. As MM is associated with a feature, if that feature is uninstalled then MM gets uninstalled too? How do I keep MM when uninstalling that feature?
