I,m using "System Search" in InstallShield 11, to search for a file and store the file folder in the INSTALLDIR property. But on some machines a blank mesagebox with a red cross appears in the beginning of the setup and the setup failes. Do you know if this is a common problem?

Generate a verbose log to find out what's going on. Maybe your search results in an invalid directory?
