Hi,

I have one Basic MSI project in IS 2008. Couple of days back I have migrated the project to Installshield 2009. While Iam installing the setup(Migrated IS2008 to IS2009), Iam getting error as "Internal Error 2727. Desktop Folder".
The log is displaying as

Action start 14:54:17: CreateShortcuts.

DEBUG: Error 2727: The directory entry 'DesktopFolder' does not exist in the Directory table

Please find the snapshot of the error message.

So soon my product delivery is there.. Can anybody suggest any resolution for this problem.... ..............

Try to remove the shortcut and re-add it. If that doesn't help, turn off the option to automatically remove unused directories.
