I want to install it under All Users group so that everybody can use it, which should be seen on the bottom half of Start-Programs.
Any advice or aources you know?

I created a script using IS 5.5 for NT. It installs the program under the current user (administrator), which can be seen on the top half when you click Start-Programs.

If you want to display the icon in the "all users" section of the start menu, use
ProgDefGroupType( COMMON );
before copying the icon.
But you have to set the program folder (TARGETDIR) to be usable by everyone!
If admin installs, without any further action, only admin can access this files. Besides you have to look at the registry keys, the program uses ...
