5011 Error

We have a user that gets error 5011: 0x80040707 as the installation is started. This occurs on his XP systems, but not on ME or 2000. Installation created with 7.01.
The user claims that he has administrative privledges on the systems, anti-virus is turned off, temp files clean out.
Any help figuring this out would be appreciated.

Hey! One of our QA people here also encountered the same problem. However it points to other part of ISRT. Here is the details of the bug:
ErrorNumber: 0x80040707
Description: DLL function call crashed: ISRT._EnableStatus
Setup will now terminate.
This was encountered in Windows 2000 and not replicable in other machines.
I have read some article regarding this bug. It says that it's an Install Shield bug but haven't found the solution for it.
