I have not been able to figure out a way to sort them in either the ide, or the install. Does anyone know how I can get them to show alphabetically?

When I run the install, and select custom setup, I use the sdComponentDialog2 to select the components. But they all are out of alphabetical order. When I look at the components in the ide they are out of order also.

I had the same question awhile back.
It doesn't alphabetize them auto. in either context. They are basically shown in the order created. However, you can re-arrange them by holding down <Shift> while doing a drag on the component name listed in the tree.
