ISWI 2.03 Patch Wizard and MSI 2.03, are they OK?

If I redistribute MSI 2.0 with ISWI 2.03 as documented in Stefan's article what impact will that have on creating patches with the Patch Creation Wizard of ISWI2.03.

Apparently in MSI 2.0 there are some changes to the patching process i.e. ADDLOCAL, etc. I just want to ensure that by using MSI2.0 with ISWI2.03 the windows installer does not become out of sync with the Patch wizard somehow.

N.B. I know about the "New version >= previous version" thing from the article.

In addition, would I be right in saying that new components can be added with MSI 2.0 without the necessity of adding a new feature?
