1. how to pass setup.ini to the single executable ?
2. if not possible, can I replace the image on that dialog?

I use Installshield 9 and create a Basic MSI project. If I generate CD image then modify the setup.ini, the Preparing to Install dialog doesn't show. However, I need
to create a single executable. So my questions are:
1. how to pass setup.ini to the single executable ?
2. if not possible, can I replace the image on that dialog?
