Hi,
We have recently upgraded from IS 6.2 to IS 9.
In 6.2, we had our own _isuser.dll . We did not use the Installshield dll.
Could someone please let me know if the IS dll is just a place holder and we can user our dll in its place in IS 9 similar to IS 6.2 ? If the _isUser.dll of IS 9 has functions embedded, is it possible for me to combine both the _isuser dlls??
The last step I might have to take is rename our dll to something else other than _isuser. But I would like to avoid it if some other mechanism works.

I renamed our dll to something else, and got over the problem that I was facing. I could not come up with any other solution.
