My setup works great in the install and un-install modes. I would like to on an uninstall to be able to re-install in the execution. When I do this this none of my ComponentTransferData move an files, the components were selected befor the move.
What magic do I need to get files to move after a component removeall????????

Not sure you want to do this anyway because there are files that will be marked for deletion and will not take effect until reboot. If you uninstall and don't reboot, then install, the newly installed files would be removed if they were to be batch removed.
Why not just do an overinstall? Use componentreinstall instead of componentremoveall before the file xfer. Should probably do manual cleanup on uninstall because the "created" property in the ilg file will likely not be set so the uninstall will not try to remove them.
