Components are never specified for installation, rather components are installed as part of Features, and the features to install can be set at the command line. If you don't specify what features should be installed at the command line the default feature states should apply to a silent installation.

How do I specify for it to install all the features up to level 3?
SO question is, how do I specify components (i mean features) and/or level 3 features to be installed via command line?

To specify features to install on the command line, use ADDLOCAL=FEATURE1
