Some of the features in my project provide an option

"this feature will be installed to run from network"

while others do not. How do I remove this option? I have tried many of the feature properties and despite having the same settings, I have not determined which make one feature act this way and another not!

InstallLevel 100
Visible and Collapsed
Disallow Advertizing
Not Required

Both features are set the same way. I have found nothing in the documentation.
